Our Beginnings

In early 2009, Venuste Twagiramungu a first-generation Entrepreneur offered his company Trust Engineering Services (TRES) to the Regulatory body of Rwanda to form the 2nd Tower Company in the country. Tres got the license to Build Own Operate & Manage the Telecom Infrastructure to provide integrated ICT infrastructure for the country. TRES became TRES Infrastructure in the year 2024, with the infusion of capital investment by Admaius Capital. TRES now owns a portfolio of more than 200 Telecom towers spread across the country. Tres focuses on designing, building, and managing state-of-the-art modular connectivity solutions. By promoting tower sharing, Tres allows its clients to achieve operational excellence and increase profits through lower capital expenditures for network rollouts and reduced operating costs for managing infrastructure across multiple locations

We own and manage the passive infrastructure of our towers and lease space to telecommunications companies, as well as to government and private sectors..

Additionally, we are planning to expand our geographic reach to include new cities, rural areas, and remote locations to take advantage of economies of scale.
